No. There is no commitment to continue after the 3 month free trial. If you choose to continue with the service after the free trial period, you will be invoiced monthly and can cancel your plan by giving us 30 days notice. Rest assured that you will not be locked into any long contracts. We are happy to give our customers this flexibility because we are confident that you will love our services! 😊
Is there a set-up fee for my website and booking system?
No. There are no set-up fees for creating your website or booking system.
Do I need to pay for the demo?
No. The demo is completely free and you will have full access to all features during your 3 month free trial.

How easy is it to move to Book in Beautiful from another booking system?

Can I set-up deposits?
Yes. You have full control to set-up deposits for any services that you offer. You can even select certain customers to prepay in full for their appointments in case they have a history of failing to show up for their appointments.
What is Cancelation Watch?
Cancelation Watch is a digital queue that your customers can join if they cannot find an available slot for their desired day or time. If an appointment is canceled and a slot becomes available, your customers will receive SMS notifications prompting them to book. This helps to make sure that you are always fully booked even if you have last minute cancellations!
Can I add the booking system to my social media page or website?
Yes! You can easily add your new booking system to your Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business pages. If you already have an existing website, we can help you add a ‘Book Now’ button to it. If you don’t have a website already, we will create one for you with your booking system integrated for free!
How will I get more visibility and are you finding clients for me?
We have special features to boost your visibility on Google and social media which is where most customers are looking for salons. Customers will also be able to find you through the Book in Beautiful app if you have selected this option. We purposely don’t promote salons by offering ‘premium listings’ on the Book in Beautiful app as this would only drive business to your competitors. Get in touch to find out more.
How can I promote my website and booking system?
You can promote your website and let customers know that you have a booking system by advertising it on Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram and more. We provide you with a selection of custom branded images that you can use for posting on social media and even QR codes and window stickers for your shop.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! For every business you refer, we will pay you when they complete their free trial and pay their first invoice. You will be able to see the current referral offers available when you log into your booking system. If you are not a customer of Book in Beautiful but would still like to participate in our referral program, please contact us directly.
