Booking Beautiful Maintenance Policy


This policy forms part of the Booking Beautiful Service Terms and Conditions and shall apply in the event that your website is not functioning properly. 


Maintenance support hours:

Problems should be reported as soon as possible to  This email address is monitored 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.  Maintenance support, if needed, will be provided between these hours also.


Maintenance support:

When a problem has been identified and our development team are able to recreate the issue reported, support will be provided within 48 hours.



A full monthÕs refund will be given if the clients site is unable to accept bookings for more than 72 hours.
